Workplace flexibility, what do we at Uniway understand this to be? Uniway believes that flexibility is a two way street, like any company we occasionally expect you to be flexible and to adapt working hours in order to meet deadlines. In return you can expect Uniway to give you the freedom to plan your own work week, if you are an early bird and like to start early you can. If you are more of a night owl you can start your day late. In other words, you start your day when it suits you best in accordance with your team. Rush hour, traffic jams, strikes, the effect of all these horrible things can be seriously reduced. Your work life balance is very important to us. Uniway has even more to offer, after your trial period you can apply for telework. You could work from home maximum two day a week.

The typical lifecycle of an e-project is 3 to 6 months making your job at Uniway anything but boring, projects come and go, technologies constantly evolve.
