-ensuring a proactive follow-up of the evolution of the improvement tracks, solving the issues and initiating corrective actions when necessary
-coaching Direct Channels team members who contribute to these tracks
-facilitating continuous improvement workshops
-actively participating in the ING end-to-end community of process management specialists
-reporting and monitoring key performance indicators, covering customer, operations, people and finance aspects

The department Direct Channels is responsible for the online customer experience on ing.be, online and mobile banking. The team services all customers of ING Belgium and is a cornerstone in realizing the strategy.

-a Master degree, or equivalent through experience
-five or more years experience in process improvement, project management and change management
