The Marketing Programs Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing programs in Continental Europe (Belgium, France, Germany and The Netherlands). The Marketing Programs Specialist will be based in Zellik (Asse), Belgium.
As an integral part of the international marketing team, this person should be a team player that can work autonomously to build relationships and find ways to help profitably grow the business. Candidates should be able to multitask, have strong communication skills and business knowledge. They will be expected to assist with and deliver information in a timely manner on behalf of the marketing department.
The successful candidate will implement and support marketing programs including lead generation and nurturing, email and direct mail outreach, customer case studies, events and collateral. Responsibilities will include:
Execute marketing programs by working closely with web and operations teams, managing multiple campaigns, languages and messages
Marketing campaign delivery of content using Eloqua, Oracle CRM and SharePoint
Database Marketing – Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the database by cleaning, importing, and appending data. Understand the best ways to segment and leverage this asset to provide more effective campaigns, better lead management, and analytics
Regularly update and enhance the local web pages
Manage the Customer Reference Program process
Event planning and management: campaign setup, invitation management, logistics, follow up, reporting
Proven experience in a marketing communications or marketing programs role in a B2B technology environment
Experience in managing and executing B2B direct marketing lead generation and prospect acquisition programs in Benelux.
Fluent written and spoken English, Dutch and French. German is a plus.
Demonstrable writing skills and a keen eye for grammar and spelling
Desirable - experience of sales and marketing technology including Oracle CRM, and Eloqua
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
