starting from the customer needs you will improve the E2E processes for Business Lending and prepare for future: redesign, identify improvements, implement the changes on short, mid and long term
Implement, follow up and improve process performance by defining the right E2E Key Performing Indicators, which will serve as basis for Continuous Improvement
Install a culture of continuous improvement
Get commitment of all involved parties, support change at all levels and communicate effectively
Implement solutions adequately
Guarantee the quality and sustainability of deliverables
Stimulate and support the documentation of processes
Use methodologies which have proven their effectiveness, such as Lean and Six Sigma
A Master degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business process and project management
In-depth knowledge and experience of operational excellence including Lean, Six Sigma and operational management
Obtained your Black Belt certification
Good knowledge of banking and financial services
Functional expertise in lending domain
Proven communication / influencing skills with the ability to work at all levels
Affinity with IT
Thorough knowledge of English, Dutch or French
