Working with the implementation team to provide support around integration requirements for Kronos Solutions, the Application Consultant will be responsible for the following:
Work closely with Solution Consultant, communicating and understanding goals required to complete tasks on time and specifications.
Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration, solutions.
Implementing Workforce Ready. This will include:
In addition the AC will conduct the following customer related tasks:
Understanding the impact of system configurations, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.
Ideally have an understanding of software interfacing products.
Troubleshoot customer environments
The AC will expand their knowledge of Kronos' product line through self-study; attend classes and/or participating in Virtual Training
Facilitating workshops to identify and documenting requirements
Developing prototypes to confirm specifications back to the customer.
Configuring and delivering the solution to the customer.
Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and training (application orientation) during go live of the solution.
Fluent English + excellent knowledge of 2 European languages ( German, French, Spanish )
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
Experience utilizing PC application software (MS Office)
Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision
Ability to translate requirements into working re-usable solutions
Help improve the Integration process
Demonstrated communication/consulting skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing)
