Are you looking for a role as a projects and processes specialist in the compensation & benefits field?
-as Reward Advisor, you initiate, develop, and ensure the follow-up of reward projects and meet the needs of internal customers
-you help to implement and coordinate the whole reward process (compensation review, role classification, benchmarking, etc.)
-you will be required to work closely with the business and present different projects to business managers
-you will also be the point of contact for internal customers in everyday HR Reward processes and activities
-someone who can handle figures and has an excellent analytical mind
-a team player, but who is also able to work autonomously
-a proactive individual who dares to take things in hand
-results-driven, but realistic and pragmatic - you are able to distinguish between the important and the desirable
-approachable, with a desire to provide good customer service
And do you also have …
a university qualification (e.g. economics, industrial engineering, commercial engineering)
-good experience in the compensation & benefits field
-4 to 10 years of relevant experience in process and project management in one of the following fields: HR, finance, marketing, or banking
-in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
-knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or Business Object (desirable)

ECLR is responsible for the following HR areas: HR legal & compliance; HR finance & pensions; HR reward; performance management; social dialogue; and policy making.
HR Reward is responsible for the design and implementation of strategy and of the reward processes for ING Belgium.
HR Reward is based at Cours Saint Michel in Etterbeek.
