Designing and shaping the Strategic Predictive Analytics Target Operating Model of the Bank, in close collaboration with all the business lines
Ensuring alignment with the group regarding the definition of the IT Big Data Strategy
Defining and implementing the new BI environment (solutions and competence centre) that will be based on Big Data market principles, both for structured and unstructured data
Being accountable for the roll-out of advanced predictive analytics solutions for the Marketing, Risk, Digital Channels and Product Mgt & Client Services departments
Being accountable for “changing and running the bank” for all information technology services which are in her/his scope
Developing a medium term view on the BI organization (tools, processes and people) in order to guarantee an effective and efficient support for the concerned assets and an optimal supply related to new change demand
Looking outside for new IT solutions and working models (ex.: start ups within ING Fintech Village)

In-depth Information Technology knowledge, a demonstrable IT background or proven IT knowledge is a prerequisite to address the challenges faced

Responsible for coaching, assessment and professionalization of 3 team managers
Responsible for the quality and continued professionalization of their staff (approx. 60 FTE)
Financial management knowledge
Change management capabilities
Vision on bank and IT strategy, being able to translate this into the department.
Big Data capabilities in Advanced Predictive Analytics, Data Ownership
Internal (at both Bank and Group levels) and External (university, IT suppliers, ING Fintech village, etc) network
Languages : fluent in English (French and Dutch are an asset).
