To support the consolidation in the European Distribution Center in Strasbourg (France), we’re looking for a m/f Customer Service Representative.

Function description

After an intense on the job training in our offices in Ghent (Belgium), you’ll relocate to Strasbourg (France). There, you will be responsible for supporting a dedicated client portfolio. You will have contact with customers on a daily basis, managing product issues, orders, delivery, invoicing, contracts and reporting. You will deal with customers via email, fax and phone to support their requests.

Tasks

- Assure maximum customer satisfaction, while providing excellent back office support
- Correct and timely processing of all orders, from order confirmation to delivery of goods.
- Keeping clients informed on the status of their orders and handle all related inquiries. For technical questions you are supported by the technical team.
- Managing and solving customer queries and complaints, if necessary, issue credit notes
- Provide administration support for purchasing orders

You report directly to the Customer Service Responsible.

Profile

You combine a higher education with an international spirit. You have a first experience in customer service, administration or sales support. Strong in communication, diplomatic attitude and accurate administrative skills guarantee customer orientation and satisfaction. You like to work in team and have the desire to learn and develop customer and account management skills. You are fluent in Dutch and at least one additional European language (G/F/E). Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
