Function description

This is an entry level full-time permanent position.

Profile

* Analytical approach to problem solving
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
* Advanced knowledge of the Windows XP/Vista client operating system
* Knowledge of MacOSX client operating system
* Linux knowledge is an asset
* A strong customer focus
* Good communication skills
* able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* excellent judgment, especially when to escalate issues for resolution
* bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
* fluent in french, good in english and dutch is an asset
