HEAD OF ONLINE SALES, Brussels (898.NG.hos)

Based in Brussels, our client is a well-known financial institution in Belgium, with a clear and dynamic vision of its growing e-business.

Function description

Our client is currently looking for a Head of Online Sales, who will be responsible for :

- The realisation of online sales and online lead generation objectives across the full retail Belgium portfolio : direct influence on sales conversion and user experience and indirect influence on marketing, product and back-office dimensions
- The development of online sales strategy: in line with the company’s product, channel and overall sales strategy and in close collaboration with stakeholders in marketing, product management, branch sales
- The delivery of strategy: proposing and elaborating improvements with regards to the commercial approach (user experience, processes, segmentation, channel management...) and in close collaboration with Channel Managers, Websites team, Change team, WebIntelligence team
- The management of sales campaigns: setting the campaign objective for the direct channels and makes sure that the direct channels are optimally integrated and leveraged in the campaign mix
- The coaching of a team of Managers: each Manager is responsible for online sales lead generation for a particular product line and/or client segment; developing the team into a centre of competence

Profile

- Significant and successful track record in Online Sales & Marketing or Direct Sales (with direct P&L responsibility), preferably in e-commerce, banking, insurance, telecom, entertainment, technology, utilities …
- Analytical and strategic mindset and number driven
- People management skills & experience
- Entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
- Ideally Master degree
- Trilingual (NL-FR-EN)
