HEAD OF WEBINTELLIGENCE, Brussels (899.NG.hwi)

Based in Brussels, our client is a well-known financial institution in Belgium, with a clear and dynamic vision of its growing e-business.

Function description

Our client is currently looking for a Head of WebIntelligence, who will be responsible for :

- All metrics, reports, analyses and tests with regards to the online channel (e.g. sales conversion, lead generation, user experience, visitor behaviour) in close collaboration with the Online Sales team, Websites team and Marketing Customer Intelligence department
- The direct contribution to online sales growth via insight generation and recommendation development
- The development and management of intelligence delivery (set up processes for optimal metrics delivery, prioritize intelligence needs, new webanalytics tools identification and delivery
- The coaching of a team of metrics experts and metrics officers

Profile

- Experience with complex database and statistical analysis, data mining and reporting, ideally in an online environment and/or a direct sales environment
- Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrends, performing of webtests
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to bring methodology
- Able to synthesize factual data in business insights and recommendations towards senior management level
- People management skills
- Entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
- Able to work in a cross-functional environment
- Master degree in (Applied) Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- Trilingual (NL – FR – EN)
