Function description

Your prime objective will be to lead all of GTECH’s sales and customer relations activities within the organization’s key accounts in France. Besides this, you will participate in the development of new business in French speaking Africa. You will establish strategic account plans and you will implement them through your team of account developers. You will liaise with your key stakeholders, building long-term relationships with them and identifying new opportunities. Creativity and market insight will be required to answer complex requests for proposals and to support your customers in developing and commercializing high level lottery and gaming solutions from A to Z (hardware, software, related services, etc). You will report directly to the Regional Vice-President Western, Southern Europe & Africa.

Profile

You have a university education (or equivalent through experience) and a proven track record in account management in a service environment. Experience in governmental business is a strong asset. You are a credible, mature manager with strong strategic and analytical thinking skills. You demonstrate excellent business and market insight and you are able to establish and maintain relationships based on trust with diverse stakeholders at a high level. Good communication and influencing skills and people management experience are a must. You are fluent in French and English and possibly have knowledge of other European languages. International travel (up to 35% of your time) will be required.
