Function description

* Support the implementation of a Europe CRM Solution and a business intelligence database
* Maintain, support and update market individual requirements for the European CRM solutions
* Extraction of data from databases and preparation of reports for management decisions
* Development and maintenance of a bibliographic and document management solution
* Support and develop solutions in MS Office for the sales and marketing department in order to automatize processes and daily work intensive routines
* Training of users

Profile

* University degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
* Extensive knowledge in programming SQL, T-SQL, ASP, ASP.Net, PHP,VB, VBA.NET
* Strong skills in interpersonal communication and working in international cross functional teams
* Project management experience
* Experience in structuring complex interdepartmental processes
* fluent in English
* Teamplayer, well organized, reliable and motivated
