Demand Planner

Function description

* To be in charge of the key business activity of Demand Planning for Cigarettes, RYO and Non-Tobacco goods.
* To produce and gather all relevant data from various departments and use the Sales Forecast as a basis to make a demand plan. Being responsible for accurate and timely availability of data to supply chain hubs and factories to allow production planning and material procurement.
* To monitor Finished Goods stock levels and ensure close communication with factories, in order to prevent OOS, overstocks and have stock policy targets respected.
* Provide relevant reporting and analysis for the Supply Chain department in the Sales Information System (SIM+) and SAP.
* Fullfill the strategic important Consumer Information Center (CIC)-agent role and answer all product related calls coming in via the call centre, based upon product knowledge and input of brand-, trade marketing or CORA.

* Communicative, diplomatic and persuasive
* Be able to work independently and in team
* Take initiative & problem solver
* PC literate (MS-applications) & knowledge of Business Objects and SAP
* Analytical and synthetical mindset
* Strong sense of organization and precision
* N/F/E – oral & written communication, notions German (not mandatory)
* First working experience and some experience with forecasting is a definite plus
