Als ambitieus en snelgroeiend interimkantoor selecteert en rekruteert Vera Interim in Vlaanderen en Brussel vooral hoger opgeleid personeel voor middelgrote en multinationale bedrijven. Function description

1. Business / Operational Results

* Recommends Account Strategies towards Account Managers, based on analysis and evaluation of account data and assists in developing KA Prioritisation Model
* Prepares Business Reviews, Operational Plan and other ad hoc Account Requests, by using the available account data and overall account strategy. Assures first class analysis
* Assists the account managers at Business Review meetings to give more detailed feedback on the account results and to come up with proposals to improve BAT performance
* Is responsible for the set up and communication of Price Lists
* Liases Cycle Plan in line with Account strategies allowing to achieve targets and is coordinating account activities between Account Department and Trade Support
* Supports National Account manager in monitoring departemental progress vs set targets and KPI’s and responsible for data gathering and completing monthly scorecard, APDS and APT for Account
* Maps out required deliverables for support systems (WIM, V3)

2. Leadership Results

* Ensures good follow up of all Account actions
* Defines objectives and KPI’s for the accounts
* Gives direction to the Key Account Mgmt by identifying channel/account priorities and weaknesses/opportunities and recommending corrective actions based on sound analyses using internal (GCS, Nielsen, WIM, …) as well as external sources

3. Management Results

* Ensures efficient measurement and reporting of progress against set targets for the Account department.
* Is responsible for first line problem solving and function as back-up for Key Account Manager towards Field Force

4. Relationship Results

* Networks internally across functions to achieve departemental targets - Brand Marketing (Cycle planning & retailer activities), Marketing Finance (KPI’s), Supply Chain (distribution, OOS prevention), Trade Support
* Ensures clear communication towards external stakeholders (accounts, regional account)

5. Innovation Results

* Looks for solutions to facilitate analysis and evaluations of the figures received from the different accounts
