Billing Operations Officer

Function description

In close contact with the accounting, sales and services departments, you work together with them in order to ensure timely and correctly invoicing of the products sold to the customers. You support the day-to-day operations by maintaining the customer and supplier related details in SAP and updating the product catalogues.

Tasks

* pro-actively contact customers and suppliers.
* Invoicing the customers
* modifications asked by the customer, control legal parameters
* Maintain customer and product databases in SAP
* Day to day follow-up of suppliers promotions and programs
* Maintain and update product catalogues
* Produce monthly operating reports

Profile

* Bachelor in Accounting with a minimum 2 years of professional experience or equivalent by experience, preferably (but not required) for a technology company.
* Good knowledge of Excel and some experience with SAP(Fi/Co)
* Fluent in Dutch or/and French with good knowledge of English
* A strong eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
* Concern for service quality and helpful attitude
* Organisation, pro-activity, sense of initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
* Good organization and communication skills (spoken and written)
