Senior Project Engineer

Introduction

Capsugel produces over 50% of all two-piece capsules solf globally; in Europe market coverage is 80%. The company serves clients in the pharmaceutical and in the health & nutrition industry as well as selected customers in the cosmetic industry.
The Engineering R&D Team in Bornem is globally in charge of design, development, testing and implementation of new machines as well as of improving and upgrading existing equipment.To meet their internal customer' requirements and high standards with regards to quality and production output, the team is growing and developing fast.

Function description

To enforce the R&D team in Bornem, Capsugel is looking to hire a Senior Project Engineer.

Tasks

# Ensure a detailed and full understanding of the needs and requirements from the internal customers(= production plants).
# Set up and manage project teams.
# Provide engineering management and technical expertise from initial concept through detail design, installation, machine commissioning and start up.

Profile

* You have a degree as civil engineer or equal through experience.
* You have strong technical expertise(mechanical,electro-mechanical,..)
* You have strong engineering project management skills and experienced in aligning internal customers needs.
* You have experience in an international environment and can build strong relationships.
* You are fluent in English.
* Knowledge of Duth and French.
