Contract Manager - Leading Pharma Company - Switzerland

Introduction

Contract Manager. My client is a global Healthcare Provider with excellent product pipelines in the industry. They are urgently seeking to recruit a Contract Manager/Specialist.

Function description

You would be responsible for managing the contracting of clinical study sites at an international level.

Tasks

As a Contract Manager, you would be responsible for:

* liaising with relevant project teams, legal and other internal departments and respective CROs to ensure the best possible support of the project,
* acting as the main point-of-contact for the Site Contracts,
* ensuring investigator/site contracts are put in place in time by providing templates and managing the preparation and contract negotiation process,
* managing the development and updating of contract templates.

Profile

The Contract Manager should have the following skills/background:

* experience in clinical research/investigator contracts,
* strong contractual awareness,
* excellent English language skills,
* experience in a clinical development or contract related role (either within Pharma or CRO).
