Looking for a brand mananger for PepsiCo.
# The jobholder is Brand Manager Duyvis & Quaker. He/She will report operationally and functionally for this part to the Marketing Director Food & Beverages.
# You will be co-responsible for the follow-up of the different marketing activities regarding above-mentioned brands in Belux market (media, promotional & launch plans, budget follow-up, data gathering, tracking and evaluation) and will actively contribute to the elaboration of AOP (help prepare brand reviews with deep dive in available data, and elaboration of key learnings).
# You will also be responsible for the coordination and follow up of all consumer research activities in Belgium.
# Furthermore, the function holder should respect, implement and sustain the PepsiCo Values and Code of Conduct.
# Accountabilities:
# •Actively contribute to the formulation of overall business objectives and the strategies of the portfolio of ranges he is in charge of.
# •Recommend, implement and control brand specific marketing plans (media, promotion, research and budget) under Marketing Director Food & Beverages’ supervision.
# •For each project that has to be implemented, manage local Marketing Agencies (Media, Research, Promotion, Internet, Pack Design).
# •Implement plans within the allocated budget.
# •Manage, in close liaison with Duyvis & Quaker team in Holland, the launch of new products for each the Sub-lines he/she is in charge of.
# •Assist sales when implementing the agreed consumer marketing plans and liaise with the Retail Marketing Manager regarding promotional plans.
# Proper activities
# Manage, coordinate and follow-up the A&M budget. Check the budget with the Mkt Director on a regular basis to control commitments and spends.
# •Ensure functional control over local agencies (media/promo/research/pack design).
# Brief them with excellence and evaluate results
# •Implement NPD launch plans. In the NPD process, check lingual aspects, collect competition and market information, informs efficiently all concerned departments in time. Use C2C tool with excellence (Gates process on internet)
# •Develop tracking performance scorecard to closely follow KPI’s evolution
# •Continuously increase consumer, shopper and category insights
# •Give support to the Marketing Director by preparing input and making presentations for different meeting platforms where needed•
# Evaluate and maximize effectiveness of all marketing expenditure (KPI’s)within the role•
# Gather relevant data when needed (Nielsen, GFK, SalesView ex-fact …)
# Inform departments in time about OT Marketing calendar and other marketing activities (Assist in the factory meeting, follow up production/handling of promotions/new launches, help in case of logistic problems).
# •University degree or similar (Business School / Marketing school)
# •3-5 years of experience in Marketing FMCG
# •Experience with Promotional Agencies Management (briefing/control).
# •Negotiation skills
# •Good analytical skills
# •Time Management skills
# •Good Communication skills
# •Result oriented/Problem solving character
# •Flexible
# •Pro-active self starter
# •Good Team Player / Commercial attitude (ready to help)
