Function description

In the role of Drupal developer at Uniway you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of solutions based on Drupal. Your projects will take place both at the Uniway offices and onsite at our various clients’ premises. Most of our clients are located in Brussels and its vicinity.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in their choices about their new site(s)
- Developing Drupal based sites that exceed all expectations
- Giving input to our commercial people during the sales cycle (presales) Further developing the Drupal competency within Uniway Training clients in using the Drupal CMS

Profile

- Higher education in IT (minimum Bachelor level)
- At least 3 years of experience in web development (preferably open source) Extensive knowledge and understanding of: Open source CMS (Drupal, Joomla, Typo3,…), PHP development, Web 2.0 concepts & the usual internet technologies (xHTML, CSS,…)
- Experience with LAMP is of course a huge asset
- Customer oriented, communicative and service minded
- Dutch or French speaker with a good command of the other national language and of English
- Open-minded when it comes to learning and adopting new technologies
- Not afraid of teamwork, and also comfortable working independently
