Function description

In the role of Java developer at Uniway you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of solutions based on Java technology. Your assignments will include internet, intranet & extranet projects and e-business applications. These projects will take place both at the Uniway offices and onsite at our various clients’ premises which are mainly located in Brussels and its vicinity.

Profile

- Higher education in IT (minimum Bachelor level)
- At least 3 years of experience in Java web development Extensive knowledge and understanding of
– Struts 1
– Spring
– Hibernate
- Knowledge of EJB 3, JSF is an asset
- Experience with 2nd line customer support will be considered as an additional asset
- Customer oriented, communicative and service minded
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French and English
- Open-minded when it comes to learning and adopting new technologies
- Not afraid of teamwork, and also comfortable working independently
