Documentum Consultants

Introduction

Amplexor, with offices in Gent and Leuven is a leading provider in Belgium in the field of enterprise content management (ECM): document management systems, ecollaboration, websites, portals, enterprise 2.0, imaging and scanning, enterprise search, etc.

Amplexor is a fast growing company with currently around 50 ECM consultants. To sustain our growth, we are seeking several new colleagues in the area of document management and enterprise content management.

Amplexor is a long term EMC Documentum partner and we are currently seeking several Documentum consultants to enforce our Documentum team: junior level, senior level and architect level.

Function description

•Depends on the level of experience (junior, senior or architect)

•Design and build content management solutions with the Documentum Platform

•Advice customers on how to implement document management and collaboration platforms

Profile

•You have a degree in computer science (university degree or equivalent) and at least 2 years of relevant experience

•You like to work in small teams, but are able to work on your own too

•Exceptional problem solving aptitude and attention to detail

•Strong oral and written communication skills

•Good knowledge of Dutch or French

•Good working knowledge of English

Technical requirements:

•Good knowledge of the EMC Documentum platform: specifically customizations of Documentum Content Server and Webtop, WDK, BOP/BOF, DFC, DFS or Web Publisher

•Good knowledge of JAVA / J2EE (certification is a plus)

•Good knowledge of XML technologies (XSLT, Xpath, DOM and SAX)

•Good understanding of ECM and EDM concepts

•Experience with other related technologies is a plus: (app servers) Websphere, Tomcat, JBoss, (databases) Oracle, SQL Server or other DM tools like Filenet, Alfresco,....
