Function description
You will be part of our team of business ECM Consultants who are in charge of advising and guiding our customers in different ECM disciplines like document management, business process management, web content management, enterprise search, etc.
Tasks
* Working with customers to define a strategic ECM Roadmap
* Gathering and analyzing business requirements
* Interviewing and working with customers at senior level
* Defining business & information architectures
* Defining roll out strategies (including change management)
* Discuss long term vision with senior clients in the business
* Conducting business process and ways-of-working analysis
* Gather and document user requirements and specifications.
* Mapping processes, data models
* Setting up training plan (mostly train the trainer) for end-users
Profile
* You have a university degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
* You like working in small teams, but are able to work on your own
* You are creative and are able to come up with pragmatic ECM solutions for specific customer needs
* Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably in English, French and Dutch and you like direct customer contact.
* Good understanding of ECM concepts
* Good knowledge of functionalities of different ECM products
