Community Nurses for London with NHS linked organisation.
Profile
Aim : to keep the patients out of Hospital entirely or to shorten hospital stays by offering Nursing in the home. Admission prevention, early discharge and End of life care. Delivering both Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab as well as supporting early stroke discharge. Working in areas across the North of London.
You can apply to work as a Care Assistant while waiting for NMC reg. As soon NMC registeration granted you can move to nursing position.
Qualification of the candidate (Training, Knowledge, Experience): must be registered with Nursing Midwifery Council
Driving Licence:no
Knowledge of Languages:English

Salary/Wages: 25K+ stg per year Currency:sterling
