International Senior Marketing Manager Aroma Lady Equity and Communication (m/f)

Function description

The Global Brands, Equity and Innovation department is looking for an:
International Senior Marketing Manager Aroma Lady Equity and Communication (m/f).

Tasks

• You develop the Aroma Lady brand equity positioning, creative territory & communication guidelines to be activated by the countries and the respective corelines.
• You develop great advertising for cross corelines activities and Senseo communication strategy (focus on above the line) to be implemented by the countries.
• You support markets on brand equity, communication & media support and deliver an integrated communication mix for cross core lines activation and Senseo Equity
• You have key contacts with regional marketing directors, country marketing managers, senior vice presidents, general managers and equity and identy marketing managers. You will be the central pivot for the other coreline managers.
• You have contacts with strategic equity agencies, advertising agencies, online agencies, media agencies and packaging design agencies.
• You actively participate to LRP/AOP process.
• You report to the Global Brands Vice President Aroma Lady Equity and Roast & Ground Coffee.

Profile

• You have an university degree, preferably in economics and marketing.
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and at least one other European language.
• You have 9 to 10 years experience in FMCG (preference in food/beverages) as a marketing manager or an experience in an advertising agency, experience in a matrix organization is an asset.
• You preferably have international experience and have experience in managing advertising, media and packaging design agencies.
• You have experience in generating consumer insights and using them to deliver great communications.
• You have a strong drive for consumer focus and to create a compelling and inspiring brand vision.
